Fruit Leather

Ingredients
- fresh or canned fruit well drained
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice or ascorbic acid for each qt juice
Directions
- Preheat oven to 140
- Prepare pan
- turn baking sheet over bottom up
- Cover bottom with plastic wrap
- Secure wrap to sheet by taping down edges with masking tape
- This prevents the edges of wrap pulling up while fruit is drying
