Fruit N Roll With Cream Cheese Filling

Ingredients
- powdered sugar
- 34 c all purpose flour
- 12 tsp baking powder
- 12 tsp baking soda
- 12 tsp cinnamon
- 12 tsp nutmeg
- 14 tsp salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1 c sugar
- 23 c cooked apples
- 1 c chopped pecans
- 1 small snack raisins
Directions
- Preheat oven at 375
- Grease a 15 x 10 inch jelly roll pan Line with wax paper grease and flour paper Sprinkle towel with powdered sugar
- Combine flour baking powder soda cinnamon nutmeg and salt in small bowl
- Beat eggs and sugar in large bowl until thick beat in fruit
- Stir in flour mixture spread evenly into prepared pan
- Sprinkle with nuts if desired
- Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until cake springs back when touched
- Immediately loosen and turn cake onto prepared towel carefully peel paper off roll up cake and towel together start with narrow end cool on wire rack
