Fruit Pudding Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 c granulated sugar
  • 1 c all-purpose flour sifted
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 beaten egg

Directions

  1. Drain Number 2 can fruit cocktail
  2. Fold into mixture
  3. Put in 6 x 10 or 9 x 9 Pyrex pan ungreased
  4. Mix 12 cup brown sugar and 12 cup chopped nuts
  5. Sprinkle on top
  6. Bake 1 hour at 325
