Fruit Ripple Cookie Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 c all-purpose flour
  • 1 12 c sugar
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 12 c butter
  • 14 c cooking oil
  • 1 12 tsp vanilla
  • 1 20 oz can fruit pie filling

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. In large bowl mix all ingredients except pie filling
  3. Spread half of batter in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch greased pan
  4. Top with pie filling
  5. Dollop remaining batter over fruit covering as much of the filling as possible
  6. Swirl in batter uncovered fruit peeking through can be expected
  7. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes or until top is browned
  8. For ultimate flavor serve warm
