Fruit Salad Dressing

Ingredients

• 12 c sugar
• 4 tsp cornstarch
• 14 tsp salt
• juice of 1 lemon
• juice of 1 orange
• 1 c unsweetened pineapple juice
• 2 eggs
• 2 3 oz pkg cream cheese whipped

Directions

1. In a double boiler mix sugar cornstarch and salt
2. Add lemon juice orange juice and pineapple juice
3. Cook over warm water for 20 minutes stirring constantly
4. Beat eggs and slowly add to cooked mixture
5. It is best to add a little cooked mixture to the eggs and blend well then return to double boiler
6. Cook stirring 5 minutes more
7. Cool and blend with cream cheese
