Ingredients
- 2 10 oz pkg frozen strawberries thawed
- 2 c water
- 14 c sugar
- 1 12 to 2 Tbsp quick cooking tapioca
- 1 dash salt
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 12 c orange sections
Directions
- In food processor blend strawberries until smooth pour into saucepan
- Add water sugar tapioca and salt let stand 5 minutes
- Bring to boil over medium heat stirring constantly remove from heat and add lemon juice
- Chill add orange sections just before serving
