Fruity-Betty
Ingredients
- 2 cans cherry pie filling or one of choices listed
- 6 slices bread cubed
- 12 c brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 Tbsp melted oleo
Directions
- Shake cubed bread and sugarcinnamon mixture in empty bread wrapper or bag Pour oleo on and toss well
- Put one can pie filling in baking dish
- Add 12 the bread cubes
- Add second can of pie filling and top with remaining bread cubes
- Cover and bake 20 minutes at 375
- Uncover and bake 15 minutes
- Serve warm with Cool Whip or whipped cream
- Good made with cinnamon-raisin bread
