Fruity Cereal Squares

Ingredients

• 1 3 oz pkg fruit-flavored gelatin
• 13 c light corn syrup
• 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
• 4 c Trix cereal

Directions

1. Butter baking pan or dish 9 x 9 x 2-inches
2. In large saucepan heat gelatin dry corn syrup and butter to boiling over medium heat stirring constantly
3. Remove from heat stir in cereal until evenly coated
4. Pat mixture evenly in pan with buttered back of spoon
5. Cover chill until set about 30 minutes Cut into 1 12-inch squares
6. Stores at room temperature
7. Makes 3 dozen squares
