Fruity Mermaid Kabobs
Ingredients
- 8 small wedges watermelon
- 8 large pitted prunes
- 8 cantaloupe balls
- alfalfa sprouts
Directions
- For each kabob thread a watermelon wedge large at the bottom onto a 6-inch narrow cocktail straw to make the tail of the mermaid
- Next thread a prune onto the straw push gently next to the watermelon to tighten and look like a waist
- Next thread a cantaloupe ball for the face
- Pull in a mound of alfalfa sprouts from the container and stretch the mound just enough to keep the sprouts bunched together
- Shape the hair and insert onto straw letting hair drape around face
