Fruity Mermaid Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 8 small wedges watermelon
  • 8 large pitted prunes
  • 8 cantaloupe balls
  • alfalfa sprouts

Directions

  1. For each kabob thread a watermelon wedge large at the bottom onto a 6-inch narrow cocktail straw to make the tail of the mermaid
  2. Next thread a prune onto the straw push gently next to the watermelon to tighten and look like a waist
  3. Next thread a cantaloupe ball for the face
  4. Pull in a mound of alfalfa sprouts from the container and stretch the mound just enough to keep the sprouts bunched together
  5. Shape the hair and insert onto straw letting hair drape around face
