Fruity Spring Trifle
Ingredients
- 36 coarsely broken vanilla icebox cookies Nilla Wafer works great
- 2 Tbsp orange juice or orange liqueur
- 3 c seasonal fruit berries kiwi your choice
- 2 4-serving size pkg instant vanilla pudding
- 3 c cold milk
- 6 sq white baking chocolate melted and cooled
- 8 oz whipped topping thawed and divided
Directions
- Break cookies coarsely into 2 12-quart clear glass serving bowl
- Sprinkle with orange juice
- Top with layers of sliced fruit
- Prepare pudding with 3 cups of milk
- Refrigerate until pudding begins to thicken
- Add chocolate stir with wire whisk Gently stir in whipped topping
- Spoon over fruit top with remaining whipped topping
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes or overnight
