Fruity Spring Trifle

Ingredients

  • 36 coarsely broken vanilla icebox cookies Nilla Wafer works great
  • 2 Tbsp orange juice or orange liqueur
  • 3 c seasonal fruit berries kiwi your choice
  • 2 4-serving size pkg instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 c cold milk
  • 6 sq white baking chocolate melted and cooled
  • 8 oz whipped topping thawed and divided

Directions

  1. Break cookies coarsely into 2 12-quart clear glass serving bowl
  2. Sprinkle with orange juice
  3. Top with layers of sliced fruit
  4. Prepare pudding with 3 cups of milk
  5. Refrigerate until pudding begins to thicken
  6. Add chocolate stir with wire whisk Gently stir in whipped topping
  7. Spoon over fruit top with remaining whipped topping
  8. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or overnight
