Fruity Walnut Salad

Ingredients

• 2 heads lettuce cleaned and torn into pieces
• 1 to 1 12 lb fresh spinach cleaned
• 2 seedless oranges peeled and sectioned
• 12 c red onion thinly sliced
• 12 c walnuts chopped
• 2 tsp butter or margarine
