Frying Pan Fudge
Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine
- 6 oz can milk
- 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 c pecans or other nuts
- 1 tsp vanilla flavoring
Directions
- Chop nuts set aside
- Mix sugar margarine and milk together in a heavy skillet
- Bring to a boil
- Reduce heat to low and cook 6 more minutes stirring often
- Remove from heat
- Add chocolate chips and nuts
- Stir until fudge begins to form
- Quickly add vanilla flavoring
- Drop fudge on wax paper with teaspoon
- Let cool
- Store in airtight container
