Frying Pan Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 6 oz can milk
  • 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 c pecans or other nuts
  • 1 tsp vanilla flavoring

Directions

  1. Chop nuts set aside
  2. Mix sugar margarine and milk together in a heavy skillet
  3. Bring to a boil
  4. Reduce heat to low and cook 6 more minutes stirring often
  5. Remove from heat
  6. Add chocolate chips and nuts
  7. Stir until fudge begins to form
  8. Quickly add vanilla flavoring
  9. Drop fudge on wax paper with teaspoon
  10. Let cool
  11. Store in airtight container
