Fudge Brownie Pie
Ingredients
- 9-inch pastry shell
- 14 c margarine
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 c chopped nuts
- 1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 12 c all-purpose biscuit mix
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- Heat
- oven to 375
- Bake pie shell 10 minutes and remove Lower temperature to 325
- In saucepan melt chips with margarine over very low heat
- In large bowl beat chocolate mixture with remaining ingredients except nuts until smooth
- Stir in nuts and pour into pie shell
- Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until center is set
- Cool
- Serve with ice cream if desired
- Serve warm or at room temperature
