Fudge Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 3 Tbsp cocoa
  • 1 c sugar
  • 23 c flour
  • 2 eggs
  • dash of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 12 c chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Melt margarine in saucepan
  2. Mix in other ingredients
  3. Pour into a greased pan
  4. Place in cold oven
  5. Bake at 250 for 30 minutes or until there is a little crust on top
  6. Great used as brownies
