Fudge Chewies
Ingredients
- 2 eggs well beaten
- 1 c brown sugar
- 12 oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips melted
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 c pecans coarsely chopped
Directions
- Heat oven to 325
- In a medium bowl combine eggs and sugar Add chips and pecans
- Drop with teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes
- Cool before removing from cookie sheet
- Makes 2 dozen chewies
