Fudge Cookie Cake

Ingredients

• 2 c flour
• 2 c sugar
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 stick oleo
• 1 c water
• 12 c oil
• 3 heaping Tbsp cocoa
• 2 eggs
• 12 c buttermilk
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Put flour sugar and salt in large bowl set aside
2. Bring to a boil oleo water oil and cocoa pour over flour mixture and stir until well mixed
3. In a small bowl beat the eggs buttermilk soda and vanilla
4. Stir into mixture and beat well
5. Pour into greased and floured jelly roll pan 10 x 15-inch and bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350
