Fudge Oat Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 14 c boiling water
  • 1 12 c quick oats
  • 34 c margarine
  • 3 sq chocolate melted
  • 1 12 c brown sugar
  • 1 12 c white sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 14 c flour
  • 1 12 tsp salt
  • 1 12 tsp baking soda
  • 1 12 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Pour water over oats and let stand 20 minutes
  2. Mix remaining ingredients and add cooled oats
  3. Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan at 350 for 45 minutes
