Fudge Pie
Ingredients
- 12 c butter
- 3 sq unsweetened baking chocolate
- 4 eggs
- 3 Tbsp white corn syrup
- 1 12 c sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 14 tsp salt
- 1 9-inch pastry-lined pan
Directions
- Melt butter and chocolate over low heat or in top of a double boiler
- Beat eggs in mixing bowl until light then beat in syrup sugar vanilla and salt
- Add to the slightly-cooled chocolate mixture and mix thoroughly
