Fudge Pie

Ingredients
- 1 c sugar
- 12 c butter
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 oz chocolate
- 12 c flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 egg whites
- 14 tsp salt
Directions
- Cream butter until soft and gradually add sugar
- Blend until creamy
- Beat in the egg yolks
- Melt the chocolate over hot water and when slightly cool add to mixture
- Add flour gradually add vanilla
- Whip the egg whites until stiff
- Add salt and fold into the first mixture
- Bake in a slow oven 325 for 30 minutes Serve the pie topped with a scoop of ice cream
