Fudge Pudding Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 c flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 23 c sugar
  • 2 Tbsp cocoa
  • 12 c milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp butter melted
  • 1 12 c walnuts chopped
  • 1 c brown sugar
  • 14 c cocoa

Directions

  1. Combine first 5 dry ingredients
  2. Add milk vanilla and butter and beat until smooth
  3. Stir in the walnuts and spread the batter in a buttered 6 cup casserole
  4. Over the batter sprinkle the mixture of the brown sugar and cocoa
  5. Over this pour 1 12 cups boiling water
  6. Bake in a 350 oven for 50 minutes
  7. Do not attempt to turn out this cake
  8. The bottom is full of fudge sauce
  9. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream
