Fudge Pudding Cake
Ingredients
- 1 c flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 23 c sugar
- 2 Tbsp cocoa
- 12 c milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 Tbsp butter melted
- 1 12 c walnuts chopped
- 1 c brown sugar
- 14 c cocoa
Directions
- Combine first 5 dry ingredients
- Add milk vanilla and butter and beat until smooth
- Stir in the walnuts and spread the batter in a buttered 6 cup casserole
- Over the batter sprinkle the mixture of the brown sugar and cocoa
- Over this pour 1 12 cups boiling water
- Bake in a 350 oven for 50 minutes
- Do not attempt to turn out this cake
- The bottom is full of fudge sauce
- Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream
