Fudge Ribbon Cake

Ingredients

• 1 18 12 oz pkg chocolate cake mix
• 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
• 2 Tbsp margarinebutter softened
• 1 Tbsp cornstarch
• 1 14 oz can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• confectioners sugar or chocolate glaze

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Prepare cake mix as directed on package
3. Pour batter into a well greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan
4. In small mixing bowl beat cheese margarine and cornstarch until fluffy
5. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk then egg and vanilla until smooth
6. Pour evenly over cake batter
7. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until wooden pick near center comes out clean
8. Cool 15 minutes remove from pan and cool Sprinkle with confectioners sugar or drizzle with chocolate glaze
