Fudge Sauce Supreme
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1 oz unsweetened chocolate
- 14 c unsweetened cocoa
- 34 c sugar
- 12 c heavy cream
Directions
- Melt butter and chocolate blend in cocoa and sugar
- Stir in cream
- Bring to a rolling boil for 10 seconds
- Makes 12 ounces
