Fudge Sundae Pie
Ingredients
- 1 c evaporated milk
- 1 c miniature marshmallows
- 6 oz 1 c chocolate morsels
- 14 tsp salt
- vanilla wafers
- 1 qt vanilla ice cream
- 2 c pecans
Directions
- Combine evaporated milk marshmallows morsels and salt in saucepan stir over medium heat until thick
- Line bottom of 9-inch pie pan with vanilla wafers
- Spoon out 12 quart vanilla ice cream over wafers
- Cover with half the chocolate mixture Repeat again
- Put pecans on top
- Freeze 3 to 5 hours
- Serve Makes 8 to 10 servings
