Fudge Sundae Pie

Ingredients

• 1 c evaporated milk
• 1 c miniature marshmallows
• 6 oz 1 c chocolate morsels
• 14 tsp salt
• vanilla wafers
• 1 qt vanilla ice cream
• 2 c pecans

Directions

1. Combine evaporated milk marshmallows morsels and salt in saucepan stir over medium heat until thick
2. Line bottom of 9-inch pie pan with vanilla wafers
3. Spoon out 12 quart vanilla ice cream over wafers
4. Cover with half the chocolate mixture Repeat again
5. Put pecans on top
6. Freeze 3 to 5 hours
7. Serve Makes 8 to 10 servings
