Fudge Sunday Pie

Ingredients

  • 12 gal vanilla ice cream softened
  • 1 box vanilla wafers
  • 1 c evaporated milk
  • 1 c semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • 1 c miniature marshmallows
  • 14 tsp salt
  • 1 c chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Put milk chocolate marshmallows and salt in a 1-quart saucepan
  2. Stir over medium heat until chocolate and marshmallows melt completely and mixture thickens
  3. Cool to room temperature Line bottoms and sides of two 9-inch pie pans with vanilla wafers Spoon vanilla ice cream over vanilla wafers
  4. Cover with chocolate sauce and sprinkle with nuts
  5. Freeze until ready to serve
