Fudge Sunday Pie
Ingredients
- 12 gal vanilla ice cream softened
- 1 box vanilla wafers
- 1 c evaporated milk
- 1 c semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 1 c miniature marshmallows
- 14 tsp salt
- 1 c chopped pecans
Directions
- Put milk chocolate marshmallows and salt in a 1-quart saucepan
- Stir over medium heat until chocolate and marshmallows melt completely and mixture thickens
- Cool to room temperature Line bottoms and sides of two 9-inch pie pans with vanilla wafers Spoon vanilla ice cream over vanilla wafers
- Cover with chocolate sauce and sprinkle with nuts
- Freeze until ready to serve
