Fudge Surprise

Ingredients
- 4 lb. confectioners sugar
- 1 c. cocoa
- 3 c. chopped pecans
- 1 lb. pasteurized processed cheese cut into pieces
- 2 c. butter or margarine cut into pieces
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
Directions
- Sift confectioners sugar and cocoa into a very large bowl; stir in pecans.
- Stirring frequently, melt cheese in the top of a large double boiler over simmering water.
- Add butter to melted cheese, stirring until butter melts; stir in vanilla.
- Add melted cheese mixture to sugar mixture.
- Stir until well blended.
- Press into a 10 1/2x15 1/2 jellyroll pan.
- Cover and chill until firm.
- Cut into 1 inch squares.
- Store in an airtight container in a cool place. Yield:
- about 12 1/2 dozen pieces.
