Fudgy Bonbons
Ingredients
- 1 pkg or 2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 14 c butter or margarine
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 2 c plain flour
- 12 c finely chopped nuts
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 60 Hersheys Kisses or white and chocolate striped candy kisses
- 2 oz white baking bar or vanilla flavored candy coating
- 1 Tbsp shortening or oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Combine chips and margarine
- Cook and stir over low heat until melted
- Add milk and mix well
- Mix flour nuts chocolate mixture and vanilla mix well
- Shape 1 tablespoon of dough around each Kiss covering completely
- Place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet
- Bake 6 to 8 minutes Cookies will be soft and appear shiny but will become firm as cool
- Do not overbake
- Remove and cool
