Fullabull'S Shepherd'S Pie

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 cans mixed vegetables
• 3 envelopes brown gravy mix
• 8 servings instant potatoes

Directions

1. Brown meat and onion; drain well.
2. Place in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Pour the mixed vegetables (drained) over the meat mixture.
3. Mix 2 envelopes of gravy mix; pour over the meat and vegetable layers.
