Funnel Cake

Ingredients
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 12 c milk
- 2 c flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 12 tsp salt
- 2 c cooking oil for frying
Directions
- In mixing bowl combine eggs and milk
- Sift dry ingredients add and beat
- Heat oil to 360 in 8-inch skillet
- Pour 12 cup batter through a funnel in a spiral shape
- Fry until golden brown about 3 minutes
- Using tongs turn cakes carefully
- Cook 1 minute more
- Drain on paper towel and sprinkle with powdered sugar
- Makes 4 cakes
