Funnel Cakes

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 1 12 c milk
• 2 c plain milk
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 12 tsp salt

Directions

1. Beat together the eggs and milk
2. Mix flour baking powder and salt
3. Mix both mixtures together and beat with a whip until smooth
4. Pour in hot oil
