Fuzzy Navel Cake

Ingredients

• 1 can peaches sliced
• 12 c Peachtree Schnapps
• 1 c sugar
• 14 c orange juice
• 1 pkg deluxe yellow cake mix
• 1 pkg vanilla pudding mix
• 4 eggs
• 23 c oil
• 1 c chopped pecans
• 12 c powdered sugar

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Chop peaches
3. Combine peaches Schnapps sugar and orange juice in a covered glass container and let set for 24 hours
4. Mix cake mix pudding mix eggs and oil with 1 cup of chopped peaches from preceding mixture
5. Add 12 cup liquid from preceding mixture
6. Mix
7. Add chopped pecans
8. Mix Pour mixture in greased Bundt cake pan
9. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
