GailS Quiche Lorraine

Ingredients
- 1 9-inch deep dish pie crust
- 8 slices cooked bacon crumbled
- 4 eggs
- 12 pt half and half
- 1 14 c Swiss cheese
- 1 14 c Cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp flour
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and pour into pie crust
- Cook in 375 oven for about 1 hour
