Gala Pecan SpreadServes 8

Ingredients

• 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
• 2 Tbsp milk
• 1 6 oz jar smoked sliced beef chopped
• 2 Tbsp onions chopped
• 14 c green bell peppers chopped
• dash of salt
• 12 c sour cream
• 12 c pecans chopped
• 2 Tbsp butter melted
• 12 tsp salt

Directions

1. Soften cream cheese
2. Add milk beef onions green peppers and garlic salt
3. Pour into a pie tin
4. Mix sour cream pecans butter and salt spread on top of pan ingredients
5. Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated 350 oven
6. Serve with Wheat Thin crackers
7. Serves 8 to 10
