Gale CiroccoS Broccoli And Spaghetti Soup

Ingredients

• 2 Tbsp butter
• 12 medium onion chopped
• 1 clove garlic chopped
• 32 oz chicken broth
• 2 10 oz boxes frozen broccoli
• 1 qt milk
• 1 large jar Cheez Whiz
• 7 oz spaghetti

Directions

1. Saute onion and garlic in butter
2. Pour in chicken broth and broccoli
3. Heat over medium burner
4. Add milk and Cheez Whiz
5. Heat on low so the milk does not curdle
6. Cook spaghetti separately according to box directions
7. Drain and add to the soup
