Gameburger Casserole

Ingredients

• 2 or 3 lb ground meat
• 1 onion
• thinly sliced raw potatoes
• salt and pepper
• 1 or 2 cans cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery soup

Directions

1. Take ground meat from any game animal and brown a little in pan
2. Then put in casserole
3. Slice onion on this and fill casserole with potatoes
4. Salt and pepper
5. Over this pour soup Bake until potatoes are tender
