Garden Patch Marinade

Ingredients

• 34 c V-8 vegetable juice
• 14 c salad oil
• 2 Tbsp vinegar
• 1 about 06 oz pkg Italian flavored salad dressing
• 2 c cauliflowerets
• 1 c sliced carrots
• 1 c diced zucchini
• 12 c green pepper squares

Directions

1. In shallow dish combine first 4 ingredients
2. Add vegetables Toss to coat
3. Cover
4. Chill 4 hours or more
5. Stir often
6. Makes 4 cups
7. Yields 8 servings
