Garden Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 12 c dried crumbly style seasoned stuffing crushed
- 14 c butter or margarine melted
- 14 c finely chopped carrots
- 14 c finely chopped green pepper
- pinch of peppers
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped onions
- 16 2-inch mushrooms stems removed
Directions
- Heat oven to 350
- In small bowl stir together all ingredients except mushrooms
- Stuff each mushroom cap with 1 tablespoon filling
- Place in buttered 13 x 9 baking pan
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until tender
