Garlic-Cheddar Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 2 c buttermilk baking mix
  • 23 c milk
  • 12 c shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 14 c butter or margarine
  • 14 tsp garlic powder

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450
  2. In a medium sized bowl combine the baking mix milk and cheese
  3. Stir until just moistened
  4. Drop tablespoons of dough 2 to 3-inches apart onto a greased baking sheet
  5. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown
  6. In a small sized bowl combine the margarine and the garlic powder then brush it over the warm biscuits and serve
  7. Yields 8 to 12 biscuits
