Garlic-Cheddar Biscuits

Ingredients
- 2 c buttermilk baking mix
- 23 c milk
- 12 c shredded Cheddar cheese
- 14 c butter or margarine
- 14 tsp garlic powder
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450
- In a medium sized bowl combine the baking mix milk and cheese
- Stir until just moistened
- Drop tablespoons of dough 2 to 3-inches apart onto a greased baking sheet
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown
- In a small sized bowl combine the margarine and the garlic powder then brush it over the warm biscuits and serve
- Yields 8 to 12 biscuits
