Garlic Feta Cheese Spread

Ingredients

• 12 lb Feta cheese crumbled
• 12 c mayonnaise
• 1 clove garlic mashed with 14 tsp salt
• 14 tsp marjoram
• 14 tsp dill crumbled
• 14 tsp thyme
• 14 tsp basil
• 34 lb cream cheese softened

Directions

1. Place everything in the food processor to blend then convert to crock and cover tightly
2. Will keep up to 2 weeks
