Garlic Grits

Ingredients
- 12 c quick cooking grits
- 2 14 c boiling water
- 14 tsp salt
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 lb grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 egg
- 14 c milk
- 12 tsp garlic powder
Directions
- Mix grits water and salt
- Cook until done set aside and cool
- Melt oleo and cheese
- Add to cooked grits with egg milk and garlic powder
- Put in greased casserole dish
- Sprinkle 12 cup cornflakes on top
- Bake 35 minutes at 350
- Excellent with ham
