Garlic Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- 10 medium potatoes
- 1 c shredded Cheddar cheese
- 34 c chopped onion
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 stick butter
- 4 Tbsp parsley flakes
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Boil potatoes in skins
- Cool and shred coarsely
- In greased casserole dish alternate layers of potatoes butter cheese onion sour cream salt pepper and parsley
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour
