Garlic Potato Casserole

Ingredients

• 10 medium potatoes
• 1 c shredded Cheddar cheese
• 34 c chopped onion
• 8 oz sour cream
• 1 stick butter
• 4 Tbsp parsley flakes
• salt and pepper

Directions

1. Boil potatoes in skins
2. Cool and shred coarsely
3. In greased casserole dish alternate layers of potatoes butter cheese onion sour cream salt pepper and parsley
4. Bake at 350 for 1 hour
