Garlic Steak

Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless round steak 1-inch thick
  • 12 c all-purpose flour
  • 14 c vegetable oil
  • 2 onions sliced
  • 12 c chopped fresh parsley
  • 8 cloves garlic crushed
  • 2 10 34 oz cans chicken broth
  • 1 12 c water
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 14 tsp pepper
  • hot cooked noodles

Directions

  1. Dredge steak in flour pound to 12-inch thickness
  2. Cut steak into serving size pieces
  3. Brown steaks in hot oil in a Dutch oven
  4. Remove from skillet and set aside
  5. Add onion to pan drippings saute until tender
  6. Return steak to Dutch oven add remaining ingredients except noodles
  7. Cover
  8. Reduce heat and simmer 1 12 to 2 hours or until steak is tender
  9. Serve over noodles
