GayeS Pepper Steak
Ingredients
- 12 oz boneless beef sirloin steak cut 12 to 34-inch thick
- 12 c water
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce low sodium
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 12 tsp instant beef granules
- dash of pepper
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 medium onion cut into thin wedges
- 1 medium green pepper cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 medium tomatoes cut into thin wedges
- 6 oz fettuccine
Directions
- Trim fat from beef
- For sauce mix together the water soy sauce cornstarch bouillon granules and pepper
- Set the mixture aside
- Cook fettuccine according to package directions except omit the cooking oil and salt
- Drain well
