GazpachoCold Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
- 3 peeled chopped tomatoes
- 1 large chopped green pepper
- 1 large chopped onion
- 2 stalks celery sliced
- 2 Tbsp Italian spices
- 1 large sliced cucumber
- dash of Tabasco
- 10 oz V-8
- salt to taste
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in food processor
- Puree thoroughly Cover
- Chill overnight
- Serve with croutons
- Serves 6
