Ingredients
- 1 large 46 oz can tomato juice
- 2 cucumbers peeled and diced
- 2 green bell peppers diced
- 2 tomatoes chopped
- 5 to 6 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 large cloves garlic minced
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped cilantro or parsley fresh more if desired
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 12 tsp cumin powder
- 14 tsp black pepper
- Tabasco to taste
- 1 diced avocado
Directions
- Combine in large bowl Chill for several hours Serve ice cold
