GemsChristmas Springerla

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 12 c oleo
- 1 c sugar
- 2 c sifted flour
- 1 or 2 tsp anise
Directions
- Stir eggs and sugar add sifted flour till stiff
- Roll out about 18 or 14 inch thick
- Cut with roller cutter
- Let stand overnight
- Sprinkle anise on top
- Bake at 325 until light yellow
