Georgia Peanut Butter Potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 16 oz cans sweet potatoes
- 12 c margarine or butter
- 1 small 8 oz can crushed pineapple including juice
- 3 eggs
- 1 c brown sugar
- 14 c milk
- 1 large jar crunchy peanut butter
Directions
- Combine first 6 ingredients and beat until fluffy
- Put 34 of potato mixture in a 13 x 9-inch casserole
- Cover with peanut butter then top with remaining potatoes
- Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until center is firm
