GeorgiaS Tomato Soup

Ingredients
- 1 gal tomato juice
- 4 sweet peppers
- 4 onions
- 1 stick butter
- 5 tsp salt
- 10 Tbsp sugar
- 6 Tbsp cornstarch
Directions
- Heat juice and mix in cornstarch salt and sugar
- Cook chopped onions and pepper in butter 2 to 3 minutes
- Pour into juice
- Bring to a boil and can
- A little hot pepper may be added if desired
