German Bread

Ingredients
- 6 14 c flour
- 2 Tbsp yeast
- 13 c sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 34 c warm water
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp anise seed
- 2 c milk
- 1 tsp sugar
- cinnamon and sugar mixture
Directions
- Set aside yeast 1 teaspoon sugar and warm water
- Heat milk salt and sugar
- Add milk mixture eggs and yeast mixture to 3 cups flour
- Mix well
- Add anise seed and the rest of the flour slowly mixing by hand to form a stiff dough
