German Cheese Soup

Ingredients

• 5 c diced potatoes
• 1 c grated carrots
• 1 c chopped celery
• 1 c onion chopped
• 2 chicken bouillon cubes
• 2 cans cream of chicken soup
• 1 lb Velveeta cheese

Directions

1. Cook vegetables in one and one-half quarts of water until tender
2. Add other ingredients and cook until cheese is melted
