German Cheese Soup

Ingredients
- 5 c diced potatoes
- 1 c grated carrots
- 1 c chopped celery
- 1 c onion chopped
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese
Directions
- Cook vegetables in one and one-half quarts of water until tender
- Add other ingredients and cook until cheese is melted
