German Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- 1 small can coconut
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 c chopped pecans
- 2 sticks oleo
- 1 box German chocolate cake mix
Directions
- Spray bottom of baking dish 10 x 15-inch with Pam
- Mix coconut and pecans and cover bottom of dish
- Prepare cake mix according to directions on box
- Pour over pecan mixture
- Melt oleo Add cream cheese and sugar
- Mix well
- Pour over the top of cake mix
- This mixture will sink to the bottom during cooking Bake in 350
- oven for 45 to 50 minutes
