German Chocolate CakeUpside-Down
Ingredients
- 1 box German chocolate cake mix
- 1 c chopped nuts
- 1 c coconut
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1 box confectioners sugar
Directions
- Flour and grease a 9 x 13-inch pan
- Mix cake mix according to directions
- Put coconut and nuts in bottom of pan
- Pour cake batter over coconut and nuts
- Mix cream cheese and butter in saucepan over low heat until blended
- Take off heat and add confectioners sugar
- Mix until blended
- Pour over cake and bake Makes own icing Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes
